247KogiNews has on Friday, learnt that the Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, has defected from the All Progressives Congress, APC, and joined the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
He collected his membership card at Ward 4, Oredo Local Government of Edo State.
It was further gathered that he is moving into the PDP, with all the 18 Local Government Council Chairmen in Edo State, together with 12 Lawmakers in the State House of Assembly.
Also, some Governors of the PDP, are reportedly billed to visit him this weekend
